Hi, I'm Sierra

I’m a Functional Nutritionist trained in [specific credentials/programs], with over a decade of experience guiding women through nutrition that feels realistic and sustainable.

What makes my approach different is that I combine clinical data — like food sensitivity testing and glucose monitoring — with the lived reality of your daily life. I’ll never hand you a cookie-cutter meal plan.
